Position Title: Software Application Specialist Department: Business Department Location: Anchorage/Prudhoe Bay Alaska Pay Range: DOE Posting Date: Oct 6, 2017 Closing Date: Oct 31, 2017 Reports to: Business Manager FLSA: Salaried/Exempt (DOE) Position Summary: Under general direction of the Business Manager, This position will be responsible for the administration of software applications. Duties include; monitoring end-user usage of systems and manages, supports and trains users on the Line of Business software. This position will also be responsible for application enhancements and revisions; development of, and teaching with training materials; as well as collaborating with other IT staff on a variety of IT infrastructure, IT procedures/policies and IT business matters.
We are looking for a candidate with a variety of software application skills along with IT capabilities to work collaboratively with staff on all IT business matters. Ideally, the successful candidate should have CRM programming and/or support skills to demonstrate the aptitude to learn the level of programming which would be required to make adjustments to existing CRM code for reporting purposes and workflow enhancements.
Work schedule: The position is Anchorage-based with a flexible rotating schedule of 2 work weeks in Anchorage, one slope work week and 1 week off per/month. Other work related duties as assigned. This position is subject to Drug & Alcohol policies and testing including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident and follow-up testing.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
• 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to execute end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements and solution design, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM.
• Understanding of basic business processes (such as inventory, time entry, work order costs)
• 3 or more years of experience managing or supporting Microsoft CRM.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with high quality service delivery
• Self-directed and work effectively with minimal supervision
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer MCSD
• Unassisted physical requirements to meet minimum qualifications: lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying up to 40 lbs
• Position also requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, keyboarding and occasional squatting and bending.
